Shipping policy

1. Shipping Method & Delivery Time All orders are shipped via regular ground shipping. Delivery times typically range from 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. International delivery times may vary as well. Please note that processing times may vary based on order volume and the availability of items in stock. 

2. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We offer free ground shipping on orders over a certain amount (if applicable).

4. Shipping Restrictions Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. Delivery Address Please ensure that the shipping address entered is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete addresses.

6. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress through the carrier’s website.

7. Delays While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, please note that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays, carrier issues) may cause delays. We are not responsible for shipping delays that occur once the package has left our warehouse.

8. Lost or Damaged Items If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
